At the age of one-and-a-half, there’s no doubt that Taimur Ali Khan is already a star. The chote nawab already has over hundred fan clubs on social media. Every picture of his goes viral, and netizens can’t stop gushing over his cuteness.
Parents Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor have reiterated several times that they want a normal childhood for Taimur.
In a recent interview to DNA, Saif said, “Taimur should be freely able to take his evening outing in the park. It becomes difficult in certain situations, but the photographers are really friendly. They are just doing their jobs and they don’t push him or his nanny, which is really kind. They aren’t aggressive so I’m happy.”
Taimur has also learnt a few words, says Saif. “He calls me ‘abba’ and has now started to say ‘baby’ and ‘gum’. Whenever he sees a chewing gum, he just screams ‘gum’. He likes to watch the moon, so I sit with him in my office and show him the moon.”
However, Kareena is more concerned about the paparazzi’s effect on Taimur, and has voiced her worry several times.
At the India Today Conclave 2018, Kareena opened up about the media attention that Taimur gets.
“I do not like the fact that every day, Taimur’s moves are being monitored and you know, pictures are being out, what he’s doing, what he’s wearing, discussing his hairstyle. But I don’t know how to stop it; they are just following him around,” she had said.
There’s no doubt that Bollywood’s star kid brigade, including Misha Kapoor, Taimur, Yash-Roohi Johar, and Inaaya Naumi are all going places, and they don’t even know it.
