Prime Minister Narendra Modi will observe his 68th birthday at his parliamentary constituency of Varanasi today.

Modi, who’s on a two-day trip to Varanasi, starting Monday, will see Narur village, where he’ll interact with all the children of a primary school, aided by non-profit organisation”Room to Read”. Afterwards, he’ll meet pupils of Kashi Vidyapeeth and kids assisted by them around the assumptions of Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW).

According to official sources, Modi will even pay a visit to Kashi Vishwanath temple later in the afternoon and watch a movie”Chalo Jeete Hain” motivated by his life together with a couple schoolchildren. The film will also be telecasted across different broadcast stations on nationwide television.

On the next day of his trip, Modi is scheduled to lay the base of different development projects such as Integrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS) for Puraani Kashi, Atal Incubation Centre in BHU.

Birthday wishes have already begun pouring into the Prime Minister. President Ramnath Kovind composed on Twitter,”Birthday greetings to our Prime Minister @narendramodi. Wish him a lifetime and several years of committed service to the people of the nation #PresidentKovind.”

To want PM Modi on his birthday, Amul tweeted a montage of its iconic animations that showcased the Prime Minister’s caricatures in various contexts.

President Ram Nath Kovind took to Twitter and wished a long life to the PM.

“Birthday greetings to our Prime Minister @narendramodi. Wish him a long life and many years of dedicated service to the people of the country”

 

Congress president Rahul Gandhi wished “good health and happiness” to the PM.

“Happy Birthday to our PM, Narendra Modi ji! Wishing him good health and happiness always.”

 

Home minister Rajnath Singh also wished PM Modi on his birthday

Finance minister Arun Jaitley extended his birthday wihes to the PM
